Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026. Planno ("we") is operated by DoubleHash, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect when you use planno.team and why.
1. What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Content you create — workspaces, boards, lists, cards, comments, checklists, goals and files you upload. This belongs to you and your workspace.
- Billing data — plan, billing status and invoice records. Card and payment details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps, errors) kept for security and debugging, and product usage events (see PostHog below).
We do not sell personal data and do not use your content for advertising.
2. Cookies
We use only cookies required to keep you signed in and secure the session. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Service providers
- Cloudflare — hosting, file storage and network security.
- Neon — database hosting (United States).
- Google — sign-in.
- Paddle — payment processing as merchant of record.
- PostHog (United States) — product analytics. Our servers send events such as sign-up, workspace and board creation, purchases and server errors, tied to an internal user id. No names, emails or content you write are included, and no analytics cookies are set in your browser.
- Slack — only if a workspace connects Slack, to read the messages or canvases you link.
- Anthropic — only when you create a card from a Slack link, the linked text is sent to generate the card summary. It is not used to train models.
Your data is processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content while your account is active. Workspace owners can delete content at any time. To delete your account and personal data, email privacy@doublehash.app; we complete requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Korea's PIPA) you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact privacy@doublehash.app.
6. Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes are announced in the app.
