Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of Planno at planno.team, operated by DoubleHash, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea ("we"). By using Planno you agree to them.

1. The service

Planno is an online tool for team boards, goals and timelines. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You sign in with a Google account and must provide accurate information.
  • A workspace owner controls who can access the workspace and is responsible for its members' use.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and payment

  • The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Team and Per user) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as shown on our pricing.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On the Per user plan the charge follows the number of members in the workspace; adding members may create a prorated charge.
  • Prices exclude taxes, which Paddle calculates where applicable.
  • If a payment fails, the workspace gets a grace period and may then become read-only until billing is fixed. We do not delete your content for non-payment.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into Planno. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you and your workspace.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Planno to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Planno available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending

You can stop using Planno and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On request we will help you export your data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law where you live.
