Refund Policy

Effective November 1, 2026. Planno is operated by DoubleHash, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea.

1. Try before you pay

Every workspace starts on the Free plan at no cost and with no card on file, so you can decide whether Planno fits your team before paying anything.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

Request a refund within 14 days of any payment — the first one or a renewal, monthly or annual — and you will receive a full refund of that payment. No reason is required.

After 14 days payments are not refundable, except where required by law. We may still refund at our discretion, for example after a billing error or an extended outage.

3. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from your workspace's billing page.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When the paid period ends or a refund is issued, the workspace returns to the Free plan. Your boards, cards and comments are not deleted.

4. How to request a refund

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Either email support@doublehash.app from the address you paid with, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
